My Favorite Simple Breakfast & Snack

Hey Friends! As I was enjoying my breakfast I thought “well why the heck have I not shared this with my people!?”

Are you ready for the easiest recipe ever? Are you ready for a recipe that works for breakfast and a snack? Are you ready for the most moist muffin ever? Here ya go…

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bites


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time: 10-15 minutes

Makes: Approximately 18

What you need:

1 Can Pumpkin

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips

What you do:

1. Set oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix pumpkin and cake mix in mixing bowl. (Just cake mix. DO NOT add what the box calls for.) It will be thick

3. Mix in chocolate chips

4. Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan or muffin pan liners and fill 3/4 full

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven. Once the top is a little firm they are done. They are super moist!

6. Let cool for 15 minutes

Do you like variety? This recipe is easy to alter…

– You can use a spice cake mix for more of a Fall pumpkin taste

– You can leave out the chocolate chips for a healthier alternative

– You can use m&ms instead of chocolate chips to make them cute

– You can top with cool whip for a real treat (I personally LOVE!)
